The overall goal of Jali Watoto programme is to improve the lives of the Most Vulnerable Children in Tanzania through MVC strengthening, delivery of services through a Rapid Grants program, facilitating linkages and knowledge sharing with other OVC providers, support to the implementation of DSW’s System for the identification and tracking of MVC and service providers and conducting stigma campaign
