To verify relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and feasibility of intervention logic of the strategic plan

Identify the necessary adjustment, if any, to strategic Plan’s intervention Logic, in consideration with the environment under which the project is operating

Identify areas which UTPC should pay specific attention in order to achieve the objective of the strategic plan and make any recommendation that will improve the performance
