The objective was to come up with the Corporate Plan that will incorporate and cover various aspects by addressing the key Institutional capacity constraints which required to be identified and make the comprehensive Institutional Review Analysis.

Specific objectives are to Enhance Revenue analysis, financial management and projections and procurement system, Policy and legal matters and the information technology systems, preparing a comprehensive ZPC 2-5 years corporate Plan that will incorporate overall ZPC core functions, existing challenges and the way forward.
